Breakfast Hashbrown Casserole done in a Crock Pot

Ingredients:
1 bag 26 oz. frozen hash browns
12 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon ground mustard
1 16 oz. roll sausage or links (you can use apple sausage)
Salt and pepper to taste (maybe 1tsp of each)
16 oz. bag shredded cheddar cheese (use the whole bag)
Pam Cooking Spray.. butter flavor
Bacon ( 8 slices)
Green Onion (chop maybe 3 or 4)

Directions:
Using your Pam Cooking Spray, spray crock pot and evenly spread hash browns at the bottom.

then:
Cook the sausage on medium heat, then drain and crumble and add sausage on top of hash browns.

Crack 12 eggs in a large bowl and whisk slowly till blended
add the 1 TBSP of ground mustard and mix well
add 1 tsp of pepper & salt (you might want to start with 1/2 tsp of salt mix into mixture & cook a little bit to taste to make sure it's not to salty)
Add the milk and cheese & mix well and set aside
Pour the egg mixture over everything in the crock pot
Using a wood spoon spread egg mxture evenly over the sausage & hash browns.

NOW:
Turn the crock pot on low for 6-8 hours then keep on warm to serve

Cook your bacon and chop your green onions to use when casserole is done and top with them or mix them in

been awhile since we had some recipes! I've been using the Instant Pot, I just made Dulce de Leche (caramel like) so easy.

put an opened can of sweetened condensed milk with foil over the top on the trivet then add water up to the outside middle of the can and pressure cook for 40-45 minutes and let cool. so simple and yummy!!
