in the mirror(mm)

as i walk through my life im surrounded
by chaos and the music that once
gave me a sigh of relief no
longer cloaks me in silence
only now that the lines of reality
start to blur im left staring at my
reflection in the mirror and
i can feel the man inside tremble in fear
and the woman within
weep from pain leaving all hope
behind im forced to look to the
darkness hidden deep beneath
the skin and as tears begin to
stream down my face i fall to the floor
bruised and bleeding i hear my heart beat
to the song that muffles my screams,
