This website is the Transgender American Veterans Association, they have done a lot in getting transgender veterans the help they need at the VA.

This website is the Department of Veterans Affairs directive on how to handle transgender care.

This is a group in Cincinnati, Ohio that was formed by a transgender woman in the 80s, this group is one of the reasons why the city of Cincinnati has its own transgender anti-discrimination laws not found in the rest of Ohio save maybe for Columbus.
I will update as more of these types of resources become apparent.
