There are a number of different options for cosmetic surgery for transgender people. They cover both feminising surgeries and masculinising surgeries. This is not intended to be a list of 'must have' surgeries, simply a list of the common surgeries.

- Orchiectomy
- Breast Augmentation
- Tracheal Shave
- Facial Feminisation Surgery (FFS)
- Sex/Genital Reassignment Surgery (SRS/GRS)
